These are not your momma’s hoops! Unlike the cheap, light-weight hoop you may have used before, these hoops are weighted and sized for adults and kids. The heavier hoop makes it easier to keep it up around your waist. If you could never hoop as a kid, these are the hoops for you. All hoops are handmade. They are roughly 40” - 42” in diameter. We find this size works great for adults. Our kid hoops are perfect for 4 yr. olds to 10 year olds. Older kids will handle the larger hoop with no problem.
